    Preface • About Responsibility and Experience​

    Even though many other criteria are taken into account in addition to personnel diagnostics in a final HR decision, the results of a Jobmatch.talent analysis are often decisive in personnel matters. In some cases, they may be the final deciding factor. This applies to recruitment as well as career management.

    As an HR manager, you therefore bear a great deal of responsibility when evaluating a Jobmatch.talent. The conclusions and findings you draw from a result will help you decide on the future life and career paths of the people who reveal themselves to you as part of the analysis.

    We are also aware of this responsibility. Already for this reason alone, we place a particular focus on training and subsequent certification. Not only have we been working with Jobmatch.talent for almost 20 years, we have also been supporting its continuous development since then.

    We build our courses and training on this background. We not only provide you with the basic academic knowledge required for a well-founded evaluation, but we also pass on our experience from countless analyses and feedback discussions with both HR managers and candidates.

    By comparing the evaluation with the actual picture, you get a practical view of Jobmatch.talent right from the start. We compare the training profiles with you using practical cases. This way, you can develop a feel for complex evaluation contexts and their relevance in everyday professional life right from the start.

     

    Become a certified Jobmatch-Expert

    You have the option of a certification on Jobmatch.talent either as part of a comprehensive in-house training course for you and your colleagues, or by participating in open training courses together with participants from other companies.

    The training comprises either two consecutive full days or four online units, each lasting around four hours. In addition, you should calculate around three to four hours for preparation time, and around two hours for a final test. In order to make the training as intensive as possible, we usually limit the number of participants to six to a maximum of eight people. All participants do their own Jobmatch.talent in preparation for the training.

    The training covers all relevant aspects of Jobmatch.talent, they are explained, discussed and trained using practical examples. The training not only provides you with the necessary theoretical and methodological foundations, but also gives you the necessary tools for practical work.

    You will learn to evaluate results correctly and draw the necessary conclusions with regard to comparing them with the requirements of a specific position. You will train to compare the results of different candidates, to recognize and assess potential with regard to (future) management tasks and to derive suitable personnel development measures.

    The training concludes with a test in which you independently evaluate a Jobmatch.talent result and answer methodological questions.

    But we won’t leave you alone even after successful certification. Of course, you still have the option of calling us in if necessary to double-check your analysis or to discuss critical points with us.
